In order for our office to stay the Sheriff’s Sale in the above matter as requested, you must provide us the amount collected by your company. In many counties the sheriff will not acknowledge a stay letter unless it contains the amount collected. The amount collected is used by the Sheriff to calculate their poundage (commission), which is 2% of the amount collected. In order for our office to provide the final invoice, we need the amount collected to calculate costs. Please provide the amount collected.
